And the Nationals' rehabbers, Ankiel and Morse, showed some serious power. (I root for them when they play for the Gnats, but in Bowie I cheer for the home team.) And I got a ticket from a friend for Saturday's "opening night" at Oriole Park (that's how they market the game after 'opening day'), enjoying the second of three straight wins over the perhaps-haplessier Twins. The seat, in Section 50-Row 17 along the third-base line, was excellent -- as are the best seats in the ballpark. And at $48, the seats better be good!David Ettlinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00858701708865222941noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8514703016498961093.post-44175152234025489092012-04-09T14:56:27.066-04:002012-04-09T14:56:27.066-04:00Indeed, and it's always fun when your team act...Indeed, and it's always fun when your team actually wins.

We went to a few minor league affiliate games early in the century, and they were a lot of fun, and they fed the fans.

Having read nothing but kudos about the Baltimore ballpark, I was surprised until you mentioned the low-rise seating, which would have bugged me, too.

Here's to your team. Unless they're playing my team, of course.D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/01347115855111060618noreply@blogger.com
